Bringing up my son bilingual (German/English) made me search for English children songs and rhymes - but not knowing the English titles or if there was an English 'version' of my favourite German children songs made it quite difficult.
In 1999 I started out to build a site with children songs and rhymes not only in many different languages but also connecting all the same songs in different languages with each other in order to help out parents who are bringing up their children in more than one language.
This site is continually growing thanks to all the people who are sending in their favourite songs and rhymes in different languages.
If there are any melodies and/or songs on here that are under copyright and should not be displayed, please let us know so that we can remove them immediately |
